Physiotherapist

I am a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with experience supporting trans and gender-diverse young people through a range of physical challenges, including post-surgical rehabilitation, the physical effects of transitioning, and general musculoskeletal concerns.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a Performance and Vocal Physiotherapist at ArtsEd, supporting young people aged 14 and above. My approach is centred on listening, adapting treatment to the individual, and creating a safe, supportive environment where young people feel heard and understood.

I use a range of evidence-informed techniques, including exercise rehabilitation, Pilates-based movement therapy, manual therapy, and tailored home exercise programmes. I am passionate about helping young people build confidence in their bodies, manage physical symptoms, and achieve their personal goals throughout their healthcare journey.
